These terms cover anyone reading these pages or requesting Diametrix through the order form. A request submitted here is not final until a consultant has called to confirm it — nothing on this site amounts to medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of a particular result.

Nature of the content

Every description, ingredient note and article on this site exists to inform, not to prescribe. It sets out what the product contains and the intended way to take it, without guaranteeing an outcome for any individual reader. If you are already being treated for diabetes or another condition, or take prescribed medicine, talk to your own doctor before adding a new supplement to your routine.

On the reviews

The reviews on this page are individual accounts, not a promise that everyone experiences the same thing. What works for one buyer's body and habits will not necessarily match another's.

The order process, step by step

1. You submit a name and phone number — this registers interest, it is not yet an order.
2. A consultant calls back to verify the product, quantity and delivery address.
3. Only once that call ends is the order treated as placed.
4. The courier delivers the sealed pack, and payment in cash happens at your door, after you have looked at the parcel.

On pricing

Whatever price the consultant states on the confirmation call is what applies to your order. Prices and promotions displayed on the site can be adjusted or withdrawn before that call takes place, though never afterwards.

Limits of our responsibility

We stand behind delivering the product discussed on the call, sealed and as described. We do not carry responsibility for a decision made purely from reading this site, for skipping the directions printed on the pack, or for goods sold under this brand name by anyone other than us.
