Privacy Policy

Ordering Diametrix takes exactly two pieces of information: a name and a phone number, typed into the form on the main page. This short policy covers what happens to those details once you submit them, and nothing more is asked of you to browse the rest of the site.

Why we ask for a phone number

An order on this site is not finished by clicking a button — a consultant calls to confirm the pack, check the delivery address and agree a day, because cash-on-delivery orders in Iraq work better with a quick voice confirmation than a silent web form. That call is the entire reason a phone number is collected.

Where the details go

  • To the consultant who phones to confirm your order.
  • To the courier who delivers the sealed parcel to the address you confirm on that call.
  • Nowhere else. No marketing lists, no third-party advertisers, no resale of contact details.

Browsing without ordering

Reading the product page, the FAQ or this policy does not require a name, a number, or any account. Like most websites, the server logs basic technical information — the page requested, a rough region, the type of device — but this is only ever looked at in aggregate, to notice slow-loading pages, never to identify one visitor.

Retention

Records tied to a confirmed order are kept only as long as needed to resolve a delivery question, then removed. An enquiry that never became an order is cleared out sooner still.

Your options

To see what is on file under your name, correct a mistake, or have a record deleted outright, email [email protected] with the name and number the order used.

Who this is for

The product and this site are aimed at adults. If you believe a minor's details were entered here, contact the address above and they will be removed without delay.

Updates

Should the way orders or deliveries are handled change, this page is updated to match. The text you are reading now governs every order placed through diametrix.org in 2026.
