Cookie Policy
Small text files called cookies let a browser and a website recognise each other across pages of the same visit. On the page for Diametrix in Iraq, that recognition is what keeps a half-filled order form intact while you scroll, and keeps the menu and the reviews slider behaving as expected.
The categories in use here
| Type | What it does |
|---|---|
| Necessary | Keeps the session, the order form and the on-page menus functioning correctly. |
| Preference | Remembers small display choices so the page does not reset on every visit. |
| Measurement | Counts page views and load times in aggregate, with no names attached. |
What none of them do
None of the cookies on this site capture the name or phone number typed into the order form, none are sold on, and none feed an advertising network that follows you to other websites.
If you would rather switch them off
Every modern browser has a setting for this, independent of what any site allows:
- Chrome — Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies.
- Safari — Settings, then Safari, then Block All Cookies or Clear History and Website Data.
- Firefox — Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge or Opera — Settings, then Privacy, then Cookies and site permissions.
Turning off the necessary cookies tends to break the order form; turning off the measurement ones changes nothing a visitor would notice.
